You can order up to seven days in advance, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for a
fee of $5 for pickup or $10 for delivery. Deliveries will be made with in Fort Dodge City
limits on Wednesdays only.

GUIDELINES FOR HOME SHOPPING
Ordering hours: 24 hours a Day, 7 Days a week
Pickup Schedule: Twice Daily - Monday through Friday,
except Holidays
Delivery Schedule: Wednesday only, except Holidays
Pickup Times: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Delivery Times: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

You must pay by check or credit card if you have already registered your credit card (Visa, Master Card,
American Express, or Discover Card) with the Hy-Vee Home Shopping Department.

Due to Federal Regulations, Food Stamps cannot be accepted, nor will the driver accept cash or
WIC vouchers.

The total amount you pay may differ due to out of stock items, substitutions or if you order random
weight items.
