Guidelines for Home Shopping
Order hours: 24 hours a Day, 7 Days a week
Delivery or Pickup Schedule: Twice Daily - Monday Through Friday, Except Holidays
- Delivery: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Pick-up: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- $15 for Delivery, $10 for Pickup

Orders placed for delivery or pickup on the same day must be placed by 7:00 AM to be ready for the 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM morning hours or by noon to be ready for the 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM afternoon hours
We reserve the right to limit quantities at the stores discretion.
You may pay by check or credit card if you have already registered your credit card with the Hy-Vee Home Shopping Department where you shop in the Quad Cities Area.
Due to Federal Regulations, Food Stamps cannot be accepted, nor will the driver accept cash or WIC vouchers for home delivery.
Ad items on the web site run from 12 p.m. Monday to 12 p.m. Monday and don't have the same timing as the HyVee flyer. The Prices you see while ordering are the price you will be charged.
The total amount you pay may differ due to out of stock items, substitutions, or if you order random weight items.
